I built the full stack — the consumer app people submit evaluations from, the voice-of-customer dashboard clients read, and the CX platform underneath both. The dispatch model I designed sends targeted surveys to real in-field missions, so clients get ground-truth data from their own locations instead of panel estimates.

A security assessment suite for teams shipping LLM features — run a model through a battery of checks and get back what failed, not a single number. Won the Morocco national qualifier of the Arab Cybersecurity Challenge and went on to Expand North Star, Dubai.

AIoT platform for beekeeping — sensor hardware in the hive, models reading what the readings mean for colony health. Raised roughly 150,000 MAD in grants, ranked #4 among AI startups worldwide on F6S out of more than two million, and reached the last three of the AfriCHI 2025 design competition.

Multi-agent system for industrial safety. YOLO handles detection on the floor, a RAG layer supplies the site's own safety context, and LangChain orchestrates the agents that decide when to raise a spoken alert.

AI tourist companion for Marrakech. NFC tags, QR codes and image recognition open a monument's story, and a RAG chatbot on a fine-tuned Falcon 7B answers the follow-ups and plans the rest of the trip. Built with Morocco's Ministry of Tourism for the EHTP Business Challenge.

Dashboard for authorities running temporary relief camps after the 2023 Morocco earthquake. It maps camps and tracks food, water and medicine, and a chatbot answers resource questions from the live data. Built in two days at the Morocco Solidarity Hackathon, organized by Moroccan students and researchers at Mila, where it won the Code Heart prize.
